The following are strictly prohibited on We Pokhara:

- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form

- Sexual content involving minors

- Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors

- Any attempt to distribute, store, or access CSAM

Any violation will result in immediate account suspension or permanent removal.

Prevention and Moderation

- Users can report child safety concerns directly within the app

- All reports are reviewed promptly

- Appropriate action is taken against violating accounts, including removal and banning

Reporting and Legal Compliance

We Pokhara complies with all applicable local, regional, and national child safety laws and regulations.

We report confirmed cases of CSAM to relevant regional and national authorities and cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies as required by law.
