You must be at least 13 years old to use WePokhara. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the platform. Our platform is primarily designed for the Pokhreli community and those interested in connecting with it.

Users are strictly prohibited from: - Posting illegal, harmful, or offensive content. - Impersonating others or providing false information. - Engaging in harassment, bullying, or hate speech. - Attempting to circumvent security measures or exploit the platform.

Community Standards

We expect all members to treat each other with respect. The 'Social Value Score' reflects your positive contributions to the community.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You retain ownership of the content you post on WePokhara. However, by posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content for the purpose of providing our services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, especially those related to child safety or community integrity.

WePokhara provides services on an 'as-is' basis. While we strive for accuracy and safety, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via the app. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
